| Fabrication data and drawing | Board revision, dimensions, stackup, material and manufacturing notes. |
| BOM | Manufacturer part numbers, quantities, designators, approved alternatives and do-not-fit parts. |
| Placement and assembly data | Units, origin, orientation, board side and assembly instructions. |
| Test information | Program, fixture, firmware, limits, coverage and reports. |
Record the file revision and date, and resolve conflicting notes before release. Agree a transfer method for confidential files with the contact team.
